222dt Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and 222dt ("the Company", "we", "us"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the 222dt website at https://222dt.org and all associated gaming and betting services provided thereunder (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform. 222dt reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and use a 222dt account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 222dt strictly prohibits use of the Platform by persons under the age of 21.
• You are a natural person and are not registering on behalf of any corporate entity or third party for the purpose of circumventing these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer or agent of 222dt or any of its affiliates.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion agreement with 222dt or any other gaming operator, whether voluntary or imposed.
• You have provided accurate and complete information during registration and undertake to keep your account information up to date at all times.

222dt reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation. Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending resolution.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) 222dt account. Multiple account registration is strictly prohibited. When registering, you must provide a valid mobile phone number, a unique username, and a secure password. You are responsible for all activity conducted through your account.

• You must keep your login credentials — username and password — strictly confidential. 222dt will never ask for your password by email, phone or via any third party.
• You must notify 222dt immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• Account funds belong solely to the registered account holder. Transfers of funds between players, sale of accounts, and use of another player's account are all prohibited.
• 222dt may at any time request KYC (Know Your Customer) documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment source. Accepted documents include government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits.

222dt uses 256-bit SSL encryption for all sessions and transactions. While the Company applies appropriate technical and organisational security measures, you acknowledge that no online platform can guarantee absolute security and accept this residual risk as a condition of use.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 222dt Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum deposit: ৳200. Deposits are credited to your 222dt account instantly upon successful transaction confirmation from your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or Upay).
• Withdrawals are processed back to the same mobile wallet account used for the original deposit. Withdrawals to a different wallet or payment method are not permitted unless the original method is no longer available, in which case a support request must be submitted to [email protected].
• 222dt does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your mobile wallet provider's own transaction fees, if any, are outside the Company's control and responsibility.
• Withdrawals may be subject to a verification hold if the account has not completed KYC procedures or if the transaction is flagged by the Company's fraud prevention systems. 222dt will communicate any hold to the player within a reasonable time.
• 222dt reserves the right to refuse a withdrawal request and to void any associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to suspect that a bet was placed using a payment method not belonging to the account holder, or that the account has been used fraudulently.

The Company does not accept deposits from third parties. The name on the mobile wallet used for deposits must match the name of the registered 222dt account holder. Deposits from unverified or third-party wallets may be returned and the account suspended pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

222dt may offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions and other incentives to players from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions, which supplement any specific terms stated at the time the offer is made:

• Each bonus offer is available to one account per player per household. Abuse of promotional offers, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings and may result in account suspension.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover requirements) as specified in the offer terms. A wagering requirement of, for example, 20x means the bonus amount must be wagered twenty times before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• 222dt reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Players who have already accepted an offer and are in the process of meeting its wagering requirements will not be adversely affected by a subsequent withdrawal of the offer.
• Bonuses may only be used for real-money wagering on the 222dt Platform. Bonuses may not be transferred between players, exchanged for cash outside of the withdrawal process, or used in any manner not expressly permitted by the offer terms.
• Free spins, where offered, are credited to a specified game only. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the offer.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino gaming on the 222dt Platform. Specific game rules are published within each game's interface and form part of these Terms by reference:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the system. 222dt does not accept cancellation requests for confirmed bets except in circumstances where the Company cancels the relevant event or game round.
• In the event of a technical fault, network interruption or any other system error that results in a bet being placed or settled incorrectly, 222dt reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• Odds displayed on sports markets are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the odds that apply. Palpable errors in odds (manifestly wrong prices) will result in the bet being voided at the Company's discretion.
• 222dt's virtual casino games use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by previous results, player behaviour or any external factor.

7. Responsible Gaming

222dt is committed to the promotion of responsible gaming. The Company provides a range of tools and resources to help players manage their gaming activity. The following provisions form part of the Company's responsible gaming policy:

• Players may request deposit limits, session time limits, or a cooling-off period at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Limit adjustments that decrease a limit take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour waiting period.
• Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from the 222dt Platform may request full self-exclusion by emailing [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for a minimum period of six months. During a self-exclusion period, 222dt will take reasonable steps to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account.
• The Company strictly enforces the minimum age requirement of 21 years and will suspend any account where there is reasonable suspicion of underage use. Where a minor is found to have used the Platform, all deposits will be returned and all winnings will be forfeited.
• 222dt will not extend credit to any player. The Platform does not permit players to bet with funds they do not hold in their account at the time of placing the bet.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

222dt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including but not limited to creation of multiple accounts, provision of false registration information, underage use, or fraud.
• Use of the Platform in connection with any money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud or other criminal activity.
• Chargebacks, disputed transactions, or attempts to reverse deposits through your mobile wallet provider following the use of those funds on the Platform.
• Collusion with other players, use of automated betting software (bots), exploitation of software bugs, or any other conduct that gives a player an unfair advantage over the house or other players.

Upon closure of an account for cause, 222dt may withhold any balance pending investigation. Where fraud, collusion or criminal conduct is established, the Company reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance and to refer the matter to the appropriate authorities. Account closure at the player's own request, absent any breach, will result in the withdrawal of any remaining balance to the player's registered mobile wallet.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the 222dt Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall selection and arrangement of content — is the property of 222dt or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, reuse, re-post or use any such content for any public or commercial purpose without the prior written consent of 222dt.

The 222dt name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of 222dt. You are not authorised to use any such marks without the prior express written consent of 222dt. All other trademarks not owned by 222dt that appear on the Platform are the property of their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 222dt shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial or financial loss, even if 222dt has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

222dt makes no warranty, express or implied, as to the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, its uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of odds or game outcomes, or the compatibility of the Platform with any specific device or browser. Use of the Platform is entirely at your own risk.

11. Changes to These Terms

222dt reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 222dt will notify active players by posting a notice on the Platform's homepage or by sending a notification to the registered contact details associated with the player's account. The revised Terms will take effect from the date stated in the notice.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting [email protected].

12. Contact and Complaints

For any queries, complaints or requests relating to these Terms or your 222dt account, please contact the support team in writing at [email protected]. The support team aims to acknowledge all queries within one (1) business day and to resolve complaints within seven (7) business days. Where a complaint requires further investigation, 222dt will keep you informed of progress.
